Eric Lynn Moore II, a native of Stockton, California grew up in a musical family.
At the age of 4 he began playing drums accompanying his father, an organist in local churches.
During High School he joined Jazz Band and began collecting musical awards.
Winning a national drum competition in 2003 opened up the opportunity to become a professional drummer.
Eric went on to join the legendary Sly and The Family Stone, and toured extensively with R&B icon Bobby Brown, followed by multiyear associations with Infectious Grooves, Suicidal Tendencies and T.R.A.M.
Eric is an original member of the Gospel Chops Movement and continues to be a leading educator, clinician and influential online drummer, inspiring drummers all over the world with his unique and extraordinary style.
